CERTIFICATE OF INCAPACITY FOR WORK (AU) BY TELEPHONE
You can only request an AU by telephone if you have a cold. This requires a conversation with a doctor. Beforehand, you can describe your symptoms by email and request a telephone call.
Please note: Your health insurance card must be scanned during the current quarter.
Please note that professional treatment for other illnesses cannot be arranged via email. However, your description of your symptoms will help us to schedule an appointment at the appropriate time.
ORDERING A PRESCRIPTION
Since January 1, 2024, we have been obliged to issue a so-called “e-prescription” for all patients with statutory health insurance who do not live in a home. This is provided by us and can be accessed at your pharmacy using your insurance card. We still have to issue a paper prescription for patients in nursing homes, patients with benefits or private insurance.
To avoid waiting times, you can order repeat prescriptions by phone or email. Prescriptions will be made available to pharmacies digitally by 6 p.m.
Please always specify:
Name of the patient
Name of the drug
Strength of the drug
Package size
Please note: Unfortunately, e-prescriptions can only be sent if the health insurance card is scanned. |
